CIFA Achieves Gender Equality Certification

CIFA has successfully obtained the Gender Equality Certification, following an audit conducted by SI CERT Italy on October 16.
This certification confirms the company’s concrete commitment to promoting an inclusive, fair, and diversity-driven work environment.

The recognition is based on the UNI PdR 125:2022 standard, which outlines guidelines and measures to ensure equal opportunities for women and men within organizations.
Achieving this milestone reflects CIFA’s ongoing dedication to valuing people, fostering inclusion, and integrating these principles into its corporate culture.

The Gender Equality management model evaluates several key areas, including:

• Culture & Strategy — embedding inclusion as a core business value;
• Governance — promoting balanced representation of women in decision-making roles;

• Female Career Growth — supporting equal access to advancement opportunities;
