Smartonic

SMARTRONIC

Smartronic simplifies operations and gathers all the information needed to manage every machine function accurately and efficiently, from the pumping unit to diagnostics. It collects and transmits data to provide continuous updates on the status of the machine and its main components. The system automatically manages the pumping unit, engine pressure and engine speed to optimize performance.

Thanks to the Auto RPM function, the machine always operates in fuel-saving mode during pumping, boom movement and stabilization.

ASC STABILIZATION

The Automatic Stabilization Control (ASC) continuously monitors machine stability in real time, even when the outriggers are only partially deployed. The system optimizes the boom working area and automatically intervenes to prevent critical stability conditions.

MBE BOOM OPENING

The MBE function allows operators to view the boom’s reachable working area directly on the onboard display according to the outrigger configuration, optimizing machine positioning and reducing setup time.

AUTOMATIC OPENING AND CLOSING

Allows the operator to open and close the boom using the remote control, ensuring fast and completely safe boom operation.

ABC ANTI-OSCILLATION FUNCTION

Reduces boom oscillations by acting on the hydraulic system, ensuring an unmatched level of safety.

EASYTRONIC

Easytronic is CIFA's control system specifically designed for Steeltech truck-mounted pumps equipped with open-circuit pumping units. It enables operators to monitor and control the machine’s main functions, from pumping unit management to diagnostics.

Easytronic is available in two configurations.

Standard Version

Provides all the essential functions for machine control and monitoring, including pumping unit management, advanced diagnostics, counters and automatic vibration.

Plus Version

Adds features dedicated to safety and operational efficiency, including Light Stability Control, boom rotation limitation when outriggers are only partially deployed, and Auto RPM for reduced fuel consumption.
