CHASSIS: STRONG AND SMART

The chassis of CIFA equipment, whether truck-mounted pumps, truck mixer pumps or truck mixers, must always be lightweight, strong, accessible and modular.
While maintaining the same core characteristics, they must also adapt perfectly to the wide variety of truck chassis available on the market.

From this need came CIFA’s idea to develop a modular chassis design with optimized structures, creating the perfect combination between truck chassis and superstructure.

ENGINEERED TO LAST

All CIFA load-bearing structures, from the chassis to the boom extensions, are designed using advanced FEM simulations and subjected to rigorous fatigue testing at TEC, CIFA’s research and testing center. This process guarantees reliability, strength and a service life that exceeds the normal operating cycles of concrete machinery.

The chassis is developed to provide maximum compactness during setup operations, optimizing stability and operability even on the most complex jobsites.

For this reason, CIFA has developed different stabilization configurations designed to adapt to various operational and space requirements.

Among these, the X configuration with front telescopic outriggers and rear swing-out outriggers is the most widely used solution due to its speed and ease of use. For tighter environments, CIFA has also developed systems with rear telescopic outriggers, allowing deployment even in the presence of obstacles and asymmetrical configurations to ensure safe operation under any condition.
