CIFA Academy was created to transform experience and innovation into practical skills.
Through dedicated training programs, we support operators and customers in the correct and efficient use of concrete machinery, with constant attention to safety, productivity and the reduction of maintenance costs.

WHY ENROLL

Correct and informed use of machinery improves productivity, safety and efficiency, while also helping reduce maintenance costs.

Courses are led by specialized trainers with strong technical expertise and include both theoretical and practical sessions designed around different operational activities. At the end of the program, CIFA Academy issues a certificate of participation together with the training materials used during the course.

Participants combine classroom learning with practical workshop sessions and field tests, working directly on concrete machinery.

ORGANIZATION AND FACILITIES

CIFA Academy is located within CIFA facilities. With more than 5,000 m² dedicated to training, the CIFA sites in Senago (MI) and Castiglione delle Stiviere (MN) allow participants to experience an immersive environment that combines classroom activities, practical tests and visits to the production departments at the heart of the company.

Course participants are supported by a dedicated trainer working alongside qualified technical staff from the Research & Development (R&D) department, ensuring constantly updated and high-level training content.

WORKSHOP

The dedicated and fully equipped workshop allows trainers to practically demonstrate ordinary and extraordinary maintenance operations to customers. It also provides specialized workshop technicians with training and guidance for troubleshooting procedures and diagnostic operations.
Campo-Prove

TEST AREA

The CIFA test area reproduces real operating conditions through off-road tracks and dedicated safe maneuvering areas. Operators and technicians can directly test machine startup, movement and stabilization, while also exploring the operation of batching plants, mixing systems and underground machinery for tunnels and mining applications.
Centro-Ricerca

RESEARCH CENTER

The TEC, CIFA’s research and testing center, enriches the CIFA Academy experience through practical testing on components and systems that are often difficult to access on site. Using dedicated test benches, participants can simulate real operating conditions, deepen their understanding of hydraulic, electronic and electrical systems, and carry out practical activities in complete safety.
