Opening the doors of our company to students means sharing more than just a space: it means passing on our vision, our values, and our business culture.
The visits — which will continue until December — have involved third-year students from the Leonardo Da Vinci and Marco Polo institutes, offering them the opportunity to see up close our production processes, technologies, and the people who work every day to make CIFA a benchmark in the concrete industry.
An Experience that Inspires the Future
The enthusiasm and curiosity of the students confirmed how important it is to create opportunities for dialogue between schools and businesses.
Seeing their eyes light up in front of a machine in action or listening to their questions about what we do has been an inspiration for all of us to keep moving in this direction.
That’s why the project doesn’t stop here: we want to make company visits a regular event, opening up also to other schools and educational levels, to help young people discover the opportunities offered by the technical and industrial world.
