On October 22nd, at Kilometro Rosso in Bergamo, we experienced a special day: the Future Workshop – “Shaping a more sustainable supply chain.”
It was a moment of meeting, discussion, and collaboration with our suppliers to envision a supply chain that is more sustainable, innovative, and responsible.
Building the Future Together
At CIFA, we believe that sustainability is not just a corporate goal but a way of thinking and working together.
That’s why we wanted to create an open space for dialogue with those who share with us every day the challenge of doing business consciously.
The Future Workshop was born precisely in this spirit: to listen, exchange ideas, and design change together.
From Listening to Ideas
We began with a snapshot of our supply chain, which allowed us to highlight the many good practices already in place among our partners: circular economy initiatives, attention to people’s well-being, and projects with a positive social impact.
From this solid foundation, we worked in mixed groups to imagine future scenarios and propose innovative solutions to sustainability challenges.
It was a moment of true co-creation, where everyone could contribute their own experience and vision.
A Journey That Continues
The workshop concluded with a shared commitment: to keep measuring, improving, and collaborating.
Through data collection, discussion, and the exchange of ideas, we can monitor our progress and build together an increasingly sustainable supply chain.
“Sustainability is a collective journey: we can make it real only if we move in the same direction.” — Andrea Codari, Quality Manager
The Future Workshop was much more than an event — it was a step forward in our shared journey toward a better future.
A future we want to build together, every day, with passion, responsibility, and team spirit.
