Our commitment to building a responsible future

We are pleased to announce the publication of our 2024 Sustainability Report, a document that highlights the results we have achieved and the projects we are carrying out to make the construction industry more innovative, safe, and sustainable.

We have always believed that our role within the construction value chain comes with a concrete responsibility: to promote the transformation of the entire sector and create value for people, communities, and the environment.

Our three pillars

We have built our Sustainability Strategic Plan around three main pillars:

  • Green & Circular Mindset: working to reduce environmental impact and spread circular economy practices.
  • People Empowerment: placing the well-being and growth of the people who work with us at the center.
  • Ecosystem Approach: committing to generate shared value throughout the entire supply chain and in the communities where we operate.

Our vision

As our CEO, Davide Cipolla, emphasizes:
“We want to be active players in the transformation of the construction sector, guided by responsibility, innovation, and transparency. For us, sustainability is a strategic lever, capable of fostering growth and building long-lasting relationships with all our stakeholders.”

Our “building of sustainability”

The Report is built around a metaphor that represents us: a building of sustainability, where the two fundamental principles – health and safety and durability – are the material that cements our vision and supports concrete projects.
