Sustainability report
This document originates from our vision formalized in the Strategic Sustainability Plan, where attention – the “A” in the CIFA acronym – translates into a daily commitment to safer, more durable, and more sustainable construction, capable of generating positive impacts for the planet and for people. This journey, which began in 2023, established CIFA as the first company in the concrete machinery sector to publish a sustainability report.
Governance
Sustainability governance represents an essential element to ensure effective coordination and monitoring of the initiatives set out in the strategic plan. A solid management system guarantees that the integration of sustainability into business processes takes place in a structured way and in line with strategic objectives.
Steering committee
Responsible for overseeing the implementation of the Strategic Plan, approving projects and budget policies, and validating targets. It also ensures the functioning of the governance structure and approves the Sustainability Report.
Operational committee
Composed of the Pillar Managers (PMs) and the Head of Marketing and Communication, it is responsible for monitoring the operational execution of the Strategic Plan, defining project management guidelines, organizing teams, and managing internal and external communication, while also taking decision-making responsibility for issues not falling under the Steering Committee.
Extended Meeting
A joint session between the Operational and Steering Committees. It enables the discussion of challenges and proposals from the Pillar Managers and ensures alignment between the strategic and operational levels.
