Tirana, 12 October 2007 - Spanos and Cifa present in Albania the first “Pump operator training day”

On Sunday 7th 2007 in Tirana (Albania) Spanos Albania in collaboration with Cifa organized the “first pump operator training day”. The training is part of a joint effort to increase the knowledge of concrete pump use and maintenance, promote the respect of safety guidelines and good practices in the sector and present Cifa and Spanos common efforts and investments in the country. In Albania Cifa is the leader in concrete production and distribution equipment and Spanos Albania is the local dealer. The training was attended by 32 pump operators coming from all areas of Albania, with participants coming from Kosovo and Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia also.

Nevertheless the feedback received by all operators participating was very positive because of the technical content, the documentation received and the fact that for the first time in Albania attention is being paid in the improvements of professional skills of the operators of technical equipment.

The training day in Tirana is the third organized By Spanos in collaboration with Cifa during 2007, after the ones held in Limassol (Cyprus) and Bucharest (Romania). Other events in calendar within the end of the year are in Crete, Thessaloniki and Athens (Greece).
